How Palantir built the ultimate founder factory | Nabeel S. Qureshi (founder, writer, ex-Palantir)

Nabeel S. Qureshi, founder and former Palantir forward deployed engineer, explains how Palantir's culture, no-titles policy, and forward deployed engineer role turned the company into a founder factory, with product managers promoted only from that path. He details how Palantir built its Foundry and Gotham data platforms from customer engagements like Airbus, discusses hiring for mission-driven intensity over pedigree, and shares his own reasoning for working in defense given the moral tradeoffs involved.
